These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Service, including our content, affiliate links, Substack newsletter links, and future services (e.g., e-books, subscriptions). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance: Using the Service means you accept this Agreement. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

Service Availability: We may modify or withdraw the Service without notice and are not liable for any unavailability or restrictions.

Account Termination: We may disable your account if you violate this Agreement.
3. User Contributions

Copyright Infringement: Report violations to contact@goldsilvermarkets.com. Repeat infringers’ accounts may be terminated.
4. Content and Property Rights

5. Purchases
Affiliate Links: Prices and terms for investments (e.g., bullion, stocks) are set by third-party platforms (e.g., JM Bullion, Interactive Brokers).
Substack Newsletter: Paid subscriptions are managed by Substack per their terms (https://substack.com/terms).
Future Services: Planned services (e.g., e-books, subscriptions) will have fees displayed at checkout when launched, processed securely via platforms like Stripe.
Order Acceptance: Orders are accepted upon our email confirmation. We may refuse orders at our discretion.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Affiliate Links: Subject to third-party policies.
Substack Newsletter: Subject to Substack’s cancellation policies.
Future Services: Policies for e-books or subscriptions will be specified when launched. Digital products are generally non-refundable, except for defects. Contact us at contact@goldsilvermarkets.com for issues.
Our Rights: We may cancel services if unable to fulfill them or if you violate this Agreement, with proportionate refunds at our discretion.
7. Reliance on Information
Gold Silver Markets is not an investment advisor. Our content, including future e-books or subscriptions, is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. Investments carry risks, including loss of principal. Consult a qualified financial advisor before investing. We disclaim liability for reliance on our content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not guarantee a virus-free experience. Use the Service at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to JPY 1,000,000 or six months of service fees paid, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of this Agreement or use of the Service.
11. Assignment
You are not permitted to assign your position, rights or responsibilities under the Agreement.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Service and this Agreement and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, this Agreement or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the Tokyo District Court as the agreed court of first instance. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
